What started out as a way of detoxing my home environment for my family’s safety, slowly materialized into my kitchen and became a hobby of baking guilt free desserts for my boys. SoFree was built in 2019 with the intention of feeding my boys natural and organic treats that would keep them in good health, without compromising flavor and the joy of having baked treats. I got rid of all processed and unhealthy ingredients and decided that my bakes must be guilt free. The process was the beauty in the mix. Testing out recipes, playing around with ingredients, talking to experts and taking up organic baking classes to result in flavors and textures that my kids couldn’t differentiate anymore. And that was the goal for SoFree: bakes that would make you fall in love and feel good. These results encouraged me to try even harder with new recipes and coming up with a whole menu of tasty treats. And what started out as a menu for my kids, quickly became a bakery filled with love and guilt free treats serving the various communities; from the health-conscious and athletes, to the dessert lovers and sweet-toothed. Today, SoFree offers a variety of flavors to compliment all palates and taste buds, made with free of guilt and filled with love.
